Step 1: Full Inventory

Use the main inventory table as the clean starting point for review, maintenance, and daily stock visibility.

Step 2: Plan

Use Orders Planning to set required quantities and finalize a purchaser-ready copy.

Step 3: Purchase

Use Purchasing as its own workspace to select the finalized order copy and place the order.

Step 4: Receive + Putaway

Log arrivals, then move received stock to shelf locations and update live inventory counts.

Inventory ordering here is separate from kitchen food shopping. Food purchases remain in Kitchen -> Shopping.
