Inventory - Food
Count what is on hand for each ingredient and save it as a dated inventory. Quantities are converted to the same canonical units used in the Ingredients catalog, and any saved count can be applied to a shopping list.

Leave an ingredient blank if it was not counted. Blank ingredients are treated as 0 on hand when the count is
applied to a shopping list. Saved values are converted to each ingredient's canonical unit (g / ml / count).

To use a count for shopping, open the
Shopping List page and pick it under "Apply Inventory Count".
"Load" copies a saved count's quantities into the entry form above so you can update and re-save it as a new
dated count.
